ID Help on new vase, unusual base
« on: August 18, 2011, 01:41:52 PM »
Hi all,

I bought this vase the other day and was wondering if anyone had seen one before or hazzard an informed guess as to where it might have started its life. The vase is 9" tall with a flat base, slightly rippled. Where the body of the vase hits the 'solid' bottom of the vase there is a ridge, as if the top had been added to the bottom causing the ridge due to the top being slightly bigger than the base. Clear as mud!

Cheers in advance, David :sc:
