Pretty handled sugar bowl, unsure if it is uranium (no UV lamp) but I am guessing that it is. No marks. The base rim edge is pretty uneven, a bit lumpy to view and feel. The pattern has three central roses. American?

Pretty sure my brother has one of these in a 'pink' colour,not found anything on it yet I'dbe interested to see what comes up. ;D

Yep that's uranium. Hazel Atlas Royal Lace (1934-1941) and one of the most common depression glass patterns to be found over here.
