Topic: Ruby cased in?? Clear Vaseline??

Hello ppl. I have this ruby cased glass bowl 4.25 inch long, 3.25 inch wide. 2 inch tall. Eleptical (square with rounded corners) ground flat base. I think it could be Murano but unsure which designer. The glass that its cased in slightly milky, off clear glass. Looks like vaseline glass casing but is not uranium.??
Anyone know about it.?? Heavy and thick for the size.

It looks like a generic Murano piece, which you probably won't find the manufacturer to, sorry.   :cry:   The term vaseline glass is the same thing as uranium glass.  It would mean that it has a uranium content, and it's generally green or yellow.
