Bubble Etched Man on a Boat i.d please

Hello all, I picked up this pale green vase, with ribbed lower section and on the base a rough pontil, and on the side there is an etched pattern of a two mast ship with 2 bubble characters wearing hats with poles, its driving me mad I know I have seen something similar and I cant remember the maker, so any ideas would be great. I had a lot of problems getting pics so I placed 3 best I could of figures. Thanks in advance   Simon

I to have seen another but can't remember where  . I can remember that it was attributed as Danish though.
