Topic: Help Needed Identifying Faceted Vase

Vintage vase( not sure how old tho ). It is frosted and clear, and  looks like completely different vase when the angle is changed. Measures roughly 10 x 3 inches and weighs about 5lbs. thnx for looking.

Forgot, so here is a pic of the base. Also, the vase is 8 sided even tho it looks square at certain angles. Perhaps it was designed that way?

Facet gut glass is a standard staple for many factories, many of which are in Murano like Mandruzzato. But similar items have also been made in Czechoslovakia, Eastern Germany and other places. It will be difficult to put a time frame or a specific maker to this item. If undamaged it is a nice and desirable piece.
