Help to ID vase. Swedish?
« on: October 10, 2011, 09:01:01 PM »
I recently bought this vase and I wondered if you would be able to help me ID it. I originally thought it might be Skruf/Hellsten but it is not signed. It is 12 cm tall.

Many thanks

Hi and welcome  :sun:
that colour and raised design kind of reminds me of Wiktor Berndt designs for Flygfors...I'll have a look around and see if I can find anything to match.  Nice vase!  Please could we have a base shot as well?  Many thanks
m

thanks for all your comments. I have checked Flygsfors but have found nothing really similar. Which is a shame as I love Mr Berndt's design  :). I too remember vaguely to have seen a Riihimaen vase of similar shape but cannot recall where I found it!
Here is a picture of the base as requested. It is a very "neat" finish and perhaps not as rounded as the picture suggests.
