How are perfect bubbles formed?

For example when we see Murano glass with Perfect matched bubbles inside them, how are they made so perfectly.  Sure I know they are Masters, but still the bubbles always seem just so perfectly shaped, and Even.

For the life of me, I just can't imagine that a bubble would be mis-matched more than once in a piece, or a bigger mistake.

Maybe a silly question, but to this day GLASS pieces still astonishes me  ;)
