amber glass vase decanter with lozenge and green base help please

bought this today at a carboot not sure who its by but a nice piece. at first i thought it was a vase but looking at it it might be missing a glass stopper i have googled it nothing similar or am i looking in the wrong place. any ideas anyone

What size is that Stew?  I couldn't work out if that was the big bubble wrap or the normal sized wrap!
