Topic: Glass Bowl with scroll handle - Anyone know the maker?

Does anyone recognise the glass bowl below.  It is a smokey grey colour glass with a single scroll handle.
The base is completely flat, with signs of alot of wear.

Thats better, I've updated my location.  I live on Jersey in the Channnel Islands. 
I've attached a picture of the base, its very scratched, and not alot to see.  Apologies its not the best quality photo but hope you can make it out.
