Tall clear glass vase - cut with circles and horizontal lines - any ideas on maker - date would seem to be 60s 70s

I understand Leni, but too many other differences. Oh, BTW, cut, or engraved perhaps, not etched

10" high - made of good thick glass - rim ground and well polished - will post a pic of base when it gets light.
