Does anyone happen to know the likely maker of this bowl please? Any extra info appreciated also.

Well its Northwood Custard glass in Louis XV pattern & while it reacts to a blacklight like almost all Custard does it woud not be considered Vaseline by most collectors. Reactive glass or Uranium glass yes, Vaseline no.
