ODD purple tall vase info please

If anyone can give me info on this I would be greatly appreciated.  It is 16inches tall, 4.6 inches across at bottom, and 1.75 inch opening.

These are often called Genii bottles as at one time it had a large elongated onion like stopper which fitted in the neck with a nylon plug. They exist in many shapes and date from the sixties/ seventies. There is a very high chance it was made in Empoli - near Florence.
