Large Pate' de Verre Vase Unknown Maker

Hello, I saw this large Pate' de Verre vase on eBay, apparently unsigned, and wonder if anyone had any ideas as to maker. Fascinating piece:

The description iis nowhere near correct. Not unique not Italian not pate-de-verre not one of the adjectives applies. This is a standard satinated  decoration piece from Romania or Kaxakstan  - I'm sure someone here has a link to the website?.
