Ken, I also have a great bronze lamp body which was never made into a lamp I am going to finish, and at the same time bought the original mold to cast additional figures. Purchased it from the son of a man that owned a company that made lighting in the early 1900's....  It is a fabulous form....  I will dig it out and post an image.....  The company produced a handful of them around 1925.......

Craig that will make a superb lamp. Actually even used as a stand alone sculpture on black marble its potentially great & certainly not one thats been seen for decades & unique pieces like that simply don't exist anymore.  I did find that I forgot a pair & these are primarily glass so I don't have to hang my head. Monk lamps that have in tiny block letters "Germany" on the glass which is covered up by the bases. Ken

I love all the lighting  :hiclp: gorgeous pieces!  and actually isn't lighting the necessary thing when it comes to glass - glass needs to be well lit for it to display at it's best  :sun:

Picked this up today primarily because I'm wasn't certain I'd seen a tri-color basket before. Standard ground pontil, white base, Uranium ring, probably Bohemian but was looking for confirmation. Thanks, Ken

Hi Ken, I was just wondering if we could include this image in the 2012 calendar if you have a higher resolution version? It's such a lovely piece!

Thanks Ken, it's a bit on the low res side but I'll try it and see how it comes out. :)

I think Anne was hoping you'd email her the original Ken.

Anne DW has informed me that our 8 year old digital camera is a bit aged I guess & isn't really considered high resolution in terms of the more current cameras. I guess maybe I should look for something more current...all I've known is that it still works. Update: DW borrowed a camera from  next door that is more current & says its a little better...me? I don't know. Ken
