so only correct me if I am wrong.

its 15 cm across and 9 cm high, it has blue and amber in the bottom  half and I guess its an ashtray?

its sooo pretty, love it althout ashtrays are maybe not as cool as the rest...

Good colours that you'd find in both Murano and Czech. My leaning would towards Murano. A picture of the base and of the ashtray from above would help.

I've seen this colour combination in (modern) Chribska, Czech, and the shape looks also quite possible for Chribska. So I would vote that way.

Japan used this colour combo quite frequently as well. But that base shot discounts that country IMO. Along with the colour of the amber, as it is quite deep and rich. Czech or Murano. If it was Japanese, I would have mostly likely have seen or purchased a bowl in this shape as it is very common here. This colour combo is my favourite  ;D
