Hiya Rose. I'd call this spatter glass, although splatter or end of day is just as good, to be honest I'm not sure which of the three is most "correct", or if they're all just names collectors have given them over the years. I think tango is one solid colour that has applied decoration in one other colour, usually on the rim, footed base, or decoration/handles to the main body.
I'd say it is probably 1930's/40's Czech, although it's hard to be sure. Sometimes spatter glass is marked "Czechoslovakia" on the based, either in raised lettering, or with an often difficult to see acid stamp, in which case a UV light can help to find it. Don't get your hopes up though, most spatter glass I've had is unmarked.
