Can somebody shed a light on maker/age of this vase please?

28 cm high, pastel blue/yellow/pink, with a soft golden iridescence. Indented foot, no pontil mark, smooth rim.
Shape is vaguely similar to the Venini "Veronese" vases, technically very different though:
I think that the colours (at least the pink and the yellow, not so sure about the blue) might be painted on. But I cannot tell with certainty.
The exterior is irregularly ribbed, I guess due to the way it was made (the whole thing looks as if it was made on a potter's wheel if you know what I mean).
I have absolutely no idea where it might come from, neither if it is totally new or quite old...
So any help very much appreciated!
