Nice large blue cased vase unmarked????any idea where made????

A nice cased vased and it stands 9" tall each side has been flattened in a similar way to ice cut mdina pieces.
Very heavy with plenty of wear to the foot i did think murano or orrefors but base is so scuffed i cant see and mark if there ever was one. Maybe it wil ring a bell with a collector out there thanks!!!
