Venetian Bird Bowl - Aggressive Cock i.d Please

Mod: Important Note. As at 19 May 2020, a thread by Wayne advises that George Hardy was not the importer of various glass items as has been stated in threads within the GMB. The correct importer name is Hans Geismar.

Venetian Bird Bowl - Aggressive Cock i.d

I have this lovely bowl, this is no duck, a very aggressive pose looking over the bowl backwards, very finely made encased glass, the colour to the outer underside of base part is pale "Alabastro" pink, which is inturn encases the bright orange upper strip(on outside) which is bright orange on inner bowl, both pink and orange run up the neck and finish near head. The orange is far deeper than in pictures, nearest to real colour is against white background.

The label is a gold and red foil George Hardy importers label(50s I think?), although very worn, can make out "VENETIAN ART GLASS", (thanks to digital camera enlargement) I can find out much info about makers that they imported for, any suggestions or knowledge gratefully received. Could be Cenedese or Archimede Seguso?  but I cant find anything similar. Measures about 21cm at longest and 17.5cm tall and 7.5cm deep, weight is 0.770kg. I dont know much about this type of glass so any ideas please. All the best to all     Simon
