Red studio vase with stripes
« on: March 17, 2012, 11:47:24 AM »
I thought this might be by Adrian Sankey as the shape is similar but now i realize the shape is common and this vase looks wider. I've not seen this exact decoration from them before. Good quality, polished base with no pontil.

Thanks's, TC.

I saw it  and have been searching for you.. and wracking my brains - I have seen this before or similar but I can't quite 'grasp' in my brain just where at the moment.  I'll keep an eye out.

Sanders and Wallace have done a similar shape and do a pulled feather design in many of their pieces,  but I haven't been able to find the design.  And their pieces are normally signed I think.  I'll keep looking.
