Is this a moonshine pearline bowl ?

Hi all I have just bought this beautiful bowl which I think is moonshine but I have no idea who made it it has no markings but is very detail moulding. Any of you lovely people got any ideas ? it measures 23 cms diameter and 8cms high.

I would suggest it was American

The lady I purchased it off thought it was Jobling but I didn't think so ?

 ;D Thanks for pointing me in the right direction, I just found my bowl on a Fenton website its called Water Lily's ....Now I can catalogue it properly and add to my collection...Happy Days !! :)
