Loetz Kolomon Moser?
« on: April 06, 2012, 09:54:01 AM »
Acquired 11 of these crystal shotglasses yesterday at my local auction, I also have a matching jug as regards the style of crackle.   Can anyone confirm these are Loetz Kolomon Moser please as I am finding conflicting ID's on the net

Hi please could you upload your pictures directly to the site?  otherwise in future if anything happens to the site you have your pictures on, they are lost from the thread rendering the topic useless to others.
Many thanks :)

Nice!  I like them :)  and the crackle is a nice open crackle as well.  Can't really help further but have you been to Loetz.com where Alfredo I think has put a number of these jugs on display and discussed the maker id'd so far.
Also if you search the gmb (apologies if you already have), I believe there was a discussion on these as there are different variants I think.

Is that a flat ground bottom, or is there a pontil mark of some kind I do not see?
I have been told that glass is my mistress......
