Large Green Glass Vase Urn- with Ruffled Handles - Murano?

Hi. I bought this at auction. It was listed as a Murano vase. Stands 13" tall x 11" wide. Plenty of base wear. Applied ruffle decoration on the handles which unfortunately have both sustained a bit of damage. Can anyone here tell me anything about this, or what direction you would start researching in? Thanks!
