
It looks as if it
could be green "aventurine".....
Looking at the sparkly bits, are they silver "glitter" under clear green glass blobs, or is it sort of like green glitter within the glass?
True green aventurine is quite unusual.
I'm sure somebody with considerably more knowledge than I can explain things properly - but I'm aware that green aventurine is a scarce and highly desirable feature in Monart glass.
However, I believe its production depended on some strange and slightly fluke-y chemical reaction (pehaps an oxidation?) occurring on the surface of something (when exposed to air).
I've got a lovely bit of Hadeland by Gro Bergslein which has true green aventurine in.
