Large & Heavy Modern Style Vase - Scandi?

I am hoping for help in identifying this large and heavy art glass vase.  Measures 8 1/2 inches (21 cm) tall.  Interesting and subtle design.  The upper part appears to be slightly yellow, although it does not come through in my photo.  Concave base, with wear on the foot, which suggests to me it's a vintage piece.  Maybe 1960s or 1970s, or more recent.  No signature at all.
