Vase - ID Needed
« on: April 17, 2012, 03:15:03 PM »
This little vase is supereb quality - tightly mottled pink with gold leaf to main part of body - no marks to flat polished body - any ideas?

Dimensions and base?

Modified to add - missed the flat polished base bit.

I meant flat polished base not body - height is 9cm - good weight to it for a small thing.

Left-field guess = Stuart Strathearn.  I have seen gilded work like that from them and  their range was very eclectic - just a thought.

Thanks Ross. A distinct possibility. Could it be something by Lestyn Davies? Just a thought. The quality is superb, it glows deep burnt pink with fiery gold.

Thanks Adam
