I thought I'd post some pics of this vase.
 I have one very similar to Ken's and have had others, again very similar.
This one is the same colour enamels and the same type of decoration with the small daisy type flowers.  The enamelling is all thickly applied as well.  The difference is, it has a fabulous bold leaf decoration all over and has a cartouche front and back, beautifully enamelled with roses and surrounded by fine coralene.  It was bought in France originally, but I still think these are Bohemian.  There are no markings on this vase, but put together with my other one, the enamels are identical colours as are the little flowers all over it, with the same cut and polished rim.
It's quite large 7" tall and about 4" widest.
