Can anyone identify the signature to this vase?  All that is clear is Nancy.

Hi, I think it says "Loti Nancy" but I can't tell you anything about it. Sorry.

Anik would appear to be correct  -  if you google 'Loti Nancy', you should get several web references to Art Deco French glass carrying this name.
