This largish (c.30cm tall vase has a rather poorly etched decor.  It has multiple small errors.  I am uncertain who might have made it.  HELP!

You can scrub Caithness.
The base finish and the proportions are all wrong.... and I don't think they did this kind of engraving - it was generally much more pictorial.
