If it's Czech, it's most likely Chribska. I had a look at the catalogue to see if I could spot this particular design - sadly not. But the way the clear glass that encases the coloured part is shaped is very reminiscent of Chribska, and they did use this golden ochre sort of colour. Of course, I have no idea if this style of glassmaking has inspired other makers/countries.

Gee...Nice chunk of glass there!!

The lobed feet kinda reminded me of Lorraine Glass from Canada.....but I would have been wrong  :'(
