Hi there, It is an interesting piece. You may want to look here instead of threaded.....

http://www.kralik-glass.com/kralikveinedarray.html

If you have good macro on your camera a large format closeup of the polished rim may show detail that would allow to see if the rim work is recent quality or not.....  I generally find most cut downs do not have the quality rim polish you find from the old cold rooms. They generally, in my experience, show grind marks of some sort that you generally do not see on old work.

I have been told that glass is my mistress......

Looking at the rim pic and comparing it to my Kralik rims, the finish looks original: nice and shiny

I'm sticking with  my original thought - I don't think that rim looks cut down, I also think I've seen this vase shape somewhere before maybe in a blue colour but I can't find it at the moment, and I don't think it looks like a cut down shape to me.  It's a variant of a gourd shape.

I still have vague concerns about the threading showing that far up but that rim looks original to me.  If I get some time this afternoon I'll have a trawl and try and find the blue vase I found in the similar shape.
