circa 1900 Bohemian Carafe and Glass

I have this Carafe and Glass. I have seen it listed as I described it in the title but would like the opinion of the members on here. Is it Bohemian ? It is light amber cut to clear. It is 18cm in height. The cuts are done by hand I would say as they are not perfectly even.
