Topic: 3 Ikora and 1 Is-it-Ikora?

Hello!

My latest Ikora finds. Number 1 is a pretty standard green and brown, small vase
- only 7.5cm tall. Number 2 was an impressive 29cm tall red vase.

Number 3 has some unusual colours; a light blue base colour, a dark blue rim, yellow
powder inclusions with bubbles (similar to Michaelīs vase in another thread) and some
purple lines. Itīs 25cm wide.

Number 4 still has a ? to it. The colours are quite unusual, although the bubbles in the
base area look quite similar to the decoration of the bowl. Itīs ca. 13cm tall.
Ikora or not?

I just love Nr. 3; that's the Ikora style I am most fond of.
I think this could be PN 34/2640, shown in the 1928 catalogue (and in the hand-coloured catalogue as well). Size 25.5 cm, so that would fit...

Nr. 4 is very nice, too -- and definately Ikora; the shape is in the 1928 catalogue as well, PN 104 (with two different decor numbers; height is given as 13 cm, so a perfect match).

P.S. Unfortunately, I can't help you with the last piece, but it does have an Ikora look to it. (While I was slowly typing, Michael confirmed #4 is Ikora  )

I was about 85% sure it is an Ikora, but with your ID Iīm feeling much
more relieved now.
Anyone noticed I wrote īwasī in the description of #2? 
We have the same taste obviously. I decided only to keep two of them and
already sold the tall red one...

The tall one was surely a wonderful piece in real life, just not as exciting as the other two...

I do like Nr. 1 though (I have >> the same in strawberry red, and -- according to the book -- it had been made both pre and post WW2, so no chance to date it)

That strawberry is a lovely colour, too. Like it!
I can understand why some collectors focus on Ikora... Not a cheap hobby though.
