Depression glass; amber tumbler
« on: September 01, 2012, 04:41:01 PM »
Hi,

This amber pineapple vase or tumbler shows some mild wear from standing. It is 15 cm high, and quite heavy. Could it be by Walther, or by Brockwitz? I found it at a flea market in Amsterdam, nearly fifteen years ago.

I am anything but an expert on glass, nor a collector, but I quite like pale blue glass, and the beautiful way the light can play with glass is just hard to overlook.

Thanks for looking, and thinking. ;-)

Angelina

I think they were made by Canning Town Glass Co.
