Deco Cobalt Stepped Glass Bowl - Like Aalto Iittala

This bowl looks brand new, but it's actually a heavy vintage piece we've owned for over 20 years that came from an estate sale. It reminds me of Aalto's work for Iittala in the 1930s, but the design has some differences. It's a large piece, 8 3/4" (22.5 cm) across top. If it is not Aalto, I'm thinking it may be another Scandi. designer or maybe U.S.A. Depression Glass. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
