It's a possibility...

Romanian glass is found in antique centres, charity shops, boot sales and flea markets, in TKMaxx and on internet auction sites. I've not seen any being sold "first-hand" apart from in TKMaxx. The only exception I know of is Ioan Nemtoi, who is currently working in Canada and in his own name.
The
only Taiwanese glass I've seen is in the form of small tea-light holders and bowls, with a cloudy design of white or pastel blue in clear, (which looks
very like some Kosta Boda), but they have labels on the base reading "Partylite Made in Taiwan", with an image of a sort of building with three towers on it.
