Old 'Stourbridge' Glasshouses.

Just got permission from the editor of The Black Country Society to post these pictures from one of their publications,the Society has a number of small booklets on local glass history at good prices,small 'plug' for for letting me use the pic's ;D.
Pictures are;
1.Red House Cone.
2.Wallows Street glassworks(Round oak) c.1950,
3.Coalbournehill Amblecote c.1900,
4.Holloway End,Amblecote c.1946.....three more pictures on the next post... ;D ;D

1.Moor lane,Brierley Hill,
2.Pieces of 19th century Richardson glass/two trumpet vases,6 foot in height,at £4 each! and a 6 foot centre piece at £25!!
3.The site of Dixons Green Glassworks,just south of Dudley c.1835,only a few miles from me ::) ;D
