Topic: Frosted glass Art Deco lady

Just bought this beautiful lady who has the registered number 749772 Foreign on the base but can't find this number on the list provided by Great Glass but it dates between  0ct and Dec 1929...... any ideas on its maker and why are some numbers missing from the list ?
