Pressed Glass Centrepiece Walther?Brockwitz?Other??

Have been struggling to id this piece for a while its 8" tall 11" wide approx in a blue colour way, Have checked various places including the pressed glass museum but havent seen this piece as yet does seem to look similar to some brockwitz patterns any ideas who made this please??
