glass vase help please

freind of mine has this glass vase asked me if i knew what who when and where. i said i could not but i might know a man or woman  who could  :)

i have just bought a very similar lidded bowl same kind of decoration i have looked all over and cant find anything about them.
1970s 80s ?

You could well be right, so a quick google indicates, though Norleans seems to be a brand. But whether made in Italy or Japan seems debatable. I think I would go for Italy.
