Topic: need help to ID Heavy Green Bowl with Spikes ??

Hi everyone!

I'm new to this site - it's my first posting. 

I have this very heavy (6 lbs) bowl, dark green, with spikes or horn-like looking things coming from it. The base has a partially sanded off pontil. If anyone can recognize what country or manufacturer would make such a design, I'd greatly appreciate your opinions.
