Walther Art DEco Essen float bowls
« on: March 25, 2013, 02:34:00 PM »
Hi everyone
Was wondering if anyone knows about Walthers Essen float bowl designs?
I have in my collection a pink and an amber Essen float bowl wihich are part frosted in design.
If you look at the photo I have attached this version is completely frosted and has a more down turned rim. It also has the raised ring in the centre for the flower frog.
Does anyone know anything about this please?
Cheers Nige

This Essen bowl is the earlier version, appeared in the 1935 catalogue.

Hope this helps.
