'Tulip' candle stick ?

This came from a glass collection and was said to have come from Royal Brierley as the collector worked there so....what do you think????? ;D ;D

the curl on the stem reminds me of some of the scalloped feet - such as on my Stuart bowl, but that's at least 50 yrs earlier if this is RB.
It's not talking to me at all otherwise - sorry :)
