Could you please help me ID this piece.
« on: April 07, 2013, 09:02:43 PM »
Hi

I have a small bowl made of heavy glass.
It is  dark bottle green colour but it also has orange and grass green when seen from different angles.
It is at least 30 years old, probably older.
I will be grateful for any help.

Thank you
Melian

Keith is on the right lines I think. It is very likely a 1955-1960 Skrdlovice ashtray,

Thank you very much!
I found some Skrdlovice pieces online, thanks to your clue.
They look similar :)
But they are light/clear coloured, mine is really dark. Do you still think it could be that?
I could not find any dark coloured.
