The rather straggly horse silhouette turns up from time to time either singly or in groups. But even without the silhouettes, the style of the millefiori canes indicates a typical Murano piece. Another clue is that the canes are cut fairly short, and set relatively low in the dome as a slightly concave disc.
It is not uncommon to see on eBay facetted overlay weights from Murano with a disc of typical Murano canes floating near the base: these are sometimes advertised as 'antique French' or 'modern Baccarat'. And, sadly, you will sometimes find rather poor fake Baccarat logos etched into the bases. The latter seem to turn up in the US primarily.
