Topic: Anyone know what this is or who it is by?

Hi everyone, hoping you can help me identify a funky little piece I recently picked up which has me totally stumped!

It's blown glass filled with a yellow liquid (not yellow glass) but has no makers marks anywhere on it and was I believe a part of a set (there was another where I got this from that had unfortunately been smashed in a different design).

I seem to remember seeing something similar (not the nodding duck thing) but can't find them anywhere, any help would be appreciated.
