Here is a vase made from real glass - even if it looks like plastic. It has a colour of amber with oxblood striations, bubbles and a satinated surface. It has been made in a mould - but one that did not close properly. There is no sign of a pontil mark. The neck has been folded inward and smoothed over.
Height is 23 cms (9")

Am I looking at something from Malta, from Spain, from Hebron or from India?

it looks somewhat like this one maybe?
no help but at least something similar.  They kind of look as though someone overcooked them - the colours are a bit dark and solid.

M that is amazing - it is identical or almost so. Colour, surface, striations, shape are all consistent.  I wish the "19th ct. French"  bit were true as well but I have some doubts there...

   yes, that's a little unfortunate.
I'm wondering if these are from India  maybe? 
I think there are beads made in India that are replicas of ancient beads and they seem to be matt and those swirly dark colours with a 'weathered' surface.  Perhaps they are making vases as well?

Could be it is a LARGE country with lots of glass factories - I think they have two dozen plants for making thermos flasks alone.

You can rule out any suggestion of Monart...
