This pattern was also produced in Czechoslovakia, I can't remember which maker, but may have been Rosice. There was a marked one reported a while back and it is also shown in a catalogue but i don't have my reference material to hand easily.
I'd agree that yours is not a typical Jobling colour and would suspect it is a Czech version.
As far as I know, the moulding on the Czech version is virtually identical to the early style Jobling dancing girl so it is very hard to distinguish between them. One example I handled in a possibly Jobling colourway lacked the inner ring on the underside of the base though there may have been different versions produced. The later Jobling production is easy to identify as the mould was modified and the figure has a shorter skirt.
