bohemian double fountain ??

hi Board.
the second weight i was thinking might be a Bohemian double fountain weight but not sure.......the weight measures 3"h 3"w max 1.75"base.......5 bubbles top row 5 bottom row snapped and ground base with slightly flattened top....
any info appreciated...
