Crystal Cut Candle Holder

Can anyone help identify this hand cut crystal candle holder.  I have thoroughly looked at the design patterns and no pattern is identical.    The candle measures approx. 8.3cm in height.  The top rim dia. is 4.1cm, thickness 0.2cm dia.  The base dia. 8.2cm.  I cannot recall seeing that amount of cuts within such a small candle holder before, especially paying attention to the base area.  The cuts are deep leaving crisp, sharp edges.   Your help is appreciated. :)
